Scanner Settings Tips:
- Photos smaller than 5×7 – 600 DPI
- Photos 5×7 or larger – 300 DPI
- File Type: TIFF or PDF
- Additional settings: No Compression
- Colors: RGB (Red-Green-Blue) – this also applies to black-n-white photos
- If not sure of the size or for a photo with much obvious damage, always go with the higher resolution (we can easily adjust photo resolution down, but cannot adjust up!).
